Usually the "bing lang xi shi" in provinces like Tainan and Taizhong are more scantily dressed cause they hope to attract more customers. It is tough being a "bing lang xi shi" in Taiwan due to a greater supply than demand. Despite this, most of them are very hardworking people, putting in long hours to earn a salary. Taipei's "bing lang xi shi" are usually aunties or uncles!
