Sushi....... an interesting and delicate rice ball. It can be moulded into several shapes and sizes. That is what I did today, mould bowls of rice. Kai and I started with purchasing ingredients from Cold Storage and NTUC. Cost us a BOMB! Then, we were off to a sushi making lesson.

We did not exactly know how much water to put to cook for the rice so we "agar agar". The rice tasted a little hard at first but the surprise came later. The rice became soft after we added the seasoning!! Amazingly, our rice turned out as we wanted and yummy. We made like 50 pieces of sushi, not counting the failed ones. And, yes sushi-making is not an easy job. You have to have talent and patience.

But, glad that my family all agreed we both have a talent for sushi-making. :>!

The sushi-making took away some of the "suayness" I had today. Well, I was drenched like a black chicken when some A**HOLIC driver drove past a puddle of water without slowing. I wanted to give him the finger but that "a**hole" drove off.
So much for wetting me. But, my suayness did not end there. I boarded the bus which I thought would take me to my destination but yes it took me to my destination but bypassing it. Why? The bus is an express bus so it did not stop at my bus-stop.
Fine. So, I alighted and waited for another bus. Finally, my bus came and I happily boarded the bus. To my horror, that bus had to turn instead of heading straight to my destination. Again, I had to alight and walk all the way to my final point.
I thought that my bad luck ended in the evening but I was WRONG! I spilled my cup of coke light which I had not even taken a sip. Great. #!$@

Freaking suay day!

Nothing suay happened in the night so I can now sleep in peace.
